.This week I have made myself a daily scelduhe that begins with wake up and carries me all the way through workouts, snacks, when to start dinner, etc.This has held me back for too long. I have set a bedtime for myself of midnight and I need to wake up at 8am. Perfect.I love the new workout of the month and the soundtrack. Thanks Holly, your constant support has kept me motivated. Even though I don't communicate much in the forums, the email alerts are very motivating.
